Sterlite Energy is a 100% subsidiary of Sterlite Industries, which is a part of London listed Vedanta Resourcesm, the company is planning to dilute 10% equity stake via this IPO. They has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI.

The issue size will be Rs 5100 crore.
