Aqua Logistics is a Mumbai based integrated logistics service provider, delivering end-to-end solutions to customers. The company is planning to raise around Rs 150 crore through initial public offer (IPO). They has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI.

The proceeds of the IPO will be used by the company for expansions and acquisitions. The companies total income was Rs 213.40 crore for the FY09 ended March 09. The profit of the company was Rs 9.84 crore for the same period.
