Cox and Kings IPO : Plans to raise Rs 600 crore

Cox and Kings (India) Ltd, a travel operator unit of UK-based unlisted Cox and Kings, informed to media that its IPO will hit the market on 18th Nov 09 to raise Rs 600 crore. The offer will be open between 18th November and 20th November 2009 for the public. The company has fixed its price band at Rs 316 to Rs 330 per share.There will be 18496640 equity shares of Rs 10 each in the offing.

The proceeds of this IPO will be used to provide funding for repayment of loans, acquisitions and other strategic initiatives, investment in overseas subsidiaries and investment in corporate office & upgrading of existing operations.

The equity shares are proposed to be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
