GMR Energy, a part of the GMR Group, is planning to file the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) by last week of November 09 and has appointed Kotak Mahindra Capital and JP Morgan as lead managers to the proposed issue.

The company requires Rs 7000 crore to Rs 8000 crore to fund its expansion plans. Part of the fund will be raised through the IPO. Full story is here in this video…….
