HCL Infosystems has raised Rs 471 crore ($102 million) through qualified institutional placements (QIPs). The issue is priced at Rs 155 per share with equity dilution of around 18% post the issue.

Another around Rs 322 crore have been raised by issuing warrants to promoters at Rs 153 per share. The promoters can convert the warrants into equity later.

HCL Info’s CMP is Rs 161.50 today.
