India Bulls Power raises Rs 250-270cr from anchor book

Indiabulls Power raised between Rs 250-270 crore from anchor investors. It sold 6 crore shares to anchor investors. Halbis, Nomura and Tosca were among the anchor investors.

The initial public offering (IPO) of Indiabulls Power will open for subscription on 12th October 09 and will close on 15th October 09. The company will offer 33.98 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each to raise around Rs 2000 crore. The price band is fixed at Rs 40-45 per share.

Indiabulls Real Estate currently holds 71.4 percent in the Indiabulls Power Ltd. UK-based billionaire L.N. Mittal’s LNM India Internet Ventures holds a 10.7 percent stake, while private equity firm FIM Ltd holds the remaining 17.9 percent.

he vision and plans of Gravita are very attractive and reliable. Electronic media also givng good coverage on this IPO which shows that this stock is good to invest
