Nagarjuna Construction to raise Rs 367 cr via QIP

Nagarjuna Construction Company (NCC) has informed the BSE that the company approved the allotment of 2,77,32,900 equity shares of Rs 2 each at a premium of Rs 130.46 aggregating to Rs 367.35 crore through qualified institutional placement (QIP).

The paid-up capital of the company will go up to Rs 51.31 crore after this placement.
