Jaiprakash Associates fixes record Date for Bonus Issue
Jaiprakash Associates Ltd has announced that the Company has fixed December 18, 2009 as the Record Date for the purpose of determination of Members who are entitled to receive the Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1 Bonus Equity Share for every 2 Equity Shares held in the Company. The said Bonus shares shall be allotted by the Company on 19th December 2009.
Jaiprakash Associates Ltd share’s CMP is Rs 232.20 on 9th Dec 09. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.233.15 and low of Rs.228.
