Mahindra Satyam :- Mahindra Satyam’s shareholders have approved the merger of the firm with its parent company Tech Mahindra. The decision was taken at the respective extraordinary general meeting of the two companies held earlier this week to consider the merger proposal.

Mahindra & Mahindra :- Mahindra & Mahindra will be increasing the monthly production of its sports utility vehicle XUV500 to 5,000 units by around September-October. The firm had increased output of the model to 4,000 units a month in May. M&M is trying to meet the increased demand after it opened bookings of the vehicles across India this month.
