Siemens fixes Book Closure Date for Dividend & AGM
Siemens Ltd has informed the market (BSE) that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 21st January 2010 to 29th January 2010 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on 29th January 2010.
Siemens Ltd share’s CMP is Rs 579.60 on 24th Dec 09.
