Websol Energy has announced that the Company has fixed 30th December 2009 as the Record Date for the purpose of determination of Members who are entitled to receive the Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1 Bonus Equity Share for every 1 Equity Shares held in the Company. Face value of company’s share is Rs 10 per share. The said Bonus shares shall be allotted by the Company on 31st December 2009.

Websol Energy share’s CMP is Rs 364.95 on 18th Dec 09. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.370.00 and low of Rs.353.05
