Airports activities and their quality is an economic indicator of that country. India is doing great as its 3 airports judged as the top airports of the world in the airport services quality (ASQ) by the global body, Airports Council International (ACI).

These 3 airports are CST International Airport Mumbai, Rajiv Gandhi Airport Hyderabad and
Indira Gandhi International Airport New Delhi. They are ranked among the top in different categories. Mumbai’s CST International Airport, ranked 2nd besr in the 15-25 million passengers per annum (mppa) category, Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi Airport, ranked 1st in the 15-25 million passengers per annum (mppa) category and New Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport, ranked 4th in the 25-40 mppa category.

Indian airports are gaining international recognition year-on-year for its service standards and facilities. It resembles the Indian groath story. Though Indian Aviation Industry has a lot of scope of improvement. 132 airports are there in India and only 3 are in the international list so we have a long way to go.
