According to the company this new car would set new benchmarks in the Indian Automobile markets in terms of styling, safety, and performance.
The car has been made with the idea of fulfilling all the needs of a consumer from a car in this segment. The company has performed very well and all its launches be it the Santro, i10, i20, or the Verna have been popular in their segments.
The car has been designed in Hyundai’s Namyang research and design unit in South Korea with the co-ordination of their R&D centre at Hyderabad. The car would give a stiff competition to the entry level Maruti Suzuki’s Alto. Company further stated that the car has been designed with the latest design philosophy of a Fluidic Sculpture.
Another entry of a small car in the Indian Automobile sector although the markets of this industry has been a bit sloppy for the last quarter. It is to be seen how the car is expected to get response from the Indian customers which promises to be an ideal car for its styling and high fuel economy.
