Aqua Logistics Ltd. is Mumbai based third-party logistics service provider. The IPO of the company has been finally subscribed 1.94 times on an overall basis. The IPO, which was earlier scheduled for closure on 28th January 2010, was not subscribed fully at that time and therefore extended till 2nd Februay 2010. with the price band too revised from Original Price Band of Rs 220 to Rs 230 per equity share to Revised Price Band Rs 200 to Rs 225 per equity share.
