Gravita India Limited IPO : Brickwork gives 3 out of 5

Gravita India Limited IPO has got 3 out of 5 by Brickwork (rating agency) and this rating/grading is Average for a Lead Metal recycling comapny. The grade 3 indicates that the fundamentals of the IPO are Average compared to the other listed securities in India. The company is entering into primary market with an Initial Public Offer (IPO) of Rs 45.00 crores. The IPO is opening on 1st Nov 2010 and the shares will be available for subscription up to 3rd Nov 2010. The premium of the issue will be decided through a 100% Book Building Process. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 120 at the lower level and Rs 125 at the upper level. Gravita India Limited (GIL) is in the business of manufacturing of Lead Metal by Recycling & Smelting process & other lead products. Gravita India Ltd is flagship Company of the Gravita Group which was established in the year 1992 and has manufacturing set up at Jaipur.

I saw SBI Cap report on Gravita, they also of the view that go and ‘Subscribe’ to Gravita India IPO for listing gains.

Today i saw Gravita’s Website and found that they are awarded with ‘BEST GREEN SME AWARD 2010’ by Business Today and yes Bank at the hands of Honorable Minister of Transport, Govt. of India Sri Kamal Nath on 28th October 2010.

Today i saw Gravita’s Website and found that they are awarded with ‘BEST GREEN SME AWARD 2010’ by Business Today and yes Bank at the hands of Honorable Minister of Transport, Govt. of India Sri Kamal Nath on 28th October 2010.
