IL&FS Transportation IPO : Finally subscribed 33.42 times

IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd is a surface transportation infrastructure company, and is one of the largest private sector BOT road operators in India. The IPO has received a tremendous response from investors with an overall subscription of 33.42 times.

The proceeds of the IPO will be used for Funding pre-payment and repayment of a portion of debt availed by the company and general corporate purposes.
