IL&FS Transportation IPO : Listing on 30th March 2010
IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd is a surface transportation infrastructure company, and is one of the largest private sector BOT road operators in India. The IPO has received a tremendous response from investors with an overall subscription of 33.42 times. The company informed the market (BSE) that the shares of its recent IPO will list on 30th March 2010. The IPO was open from 11th Feb 2010 to 15th Feb 2010 and oversubscribed 33.42 times (4.56 times in retail).
The proceeds of the IPO will be used for Funding pre-payment and repayment of a portion of debt availed by the company and general corporate purposes.
The equity shares of the company are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
