The IPO of L&T Finance Holdings Limited has received a good response from the investors with the final day subscription figure reached to 5.34 times on an overall basis. L&T Finance Holdings IPO is open on 11th July 2011 and got closed on 14th July 2011 for subscription. The IPO has managed to get a better response from Retail Individual Investors Category where it overbid by 9.61 times on the final day of subscription. The price band for the issue is Rs 51 at lower level and Rs 59 at upper level. L&T Finance Holdings is a financial holding company offering a diverse range of financial products and services across the corporate, retail and infrastructure finance sectors, as well as mutual fund products and investment management services.

The equity shares offered through the IPO are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
