Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam IPO : Finally subscribed 6.64 times

Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam Ltd (SJVNL) is the government company (PSU) that runs a 1500 MW hydropower project in Himachal Pradesh, the largest single location in the country. The IPO of Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam has received an outstanding response from the investors with the final oversubscription figure nearing to just about 6.64 times on an overall basis. All the three categories of investors have shown solid support. There was a reservation for employees but they subscribed only 0.24 times.

The category-wise subscription status of Intrasoft Technologies Limited on closing day is given below:-

QIB : 9.02 Times
Non-Institutional Investors : 3.38 Times
Retail : 3.11 Times
Employee Reservations : 0.24 times.
Overall : 6.64 Times

The equity shares of the company are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).

The proceeds of the IPO will be used for getting the benefits of listing on the Stock Exchanges and to carry out the transfer of 410,881,400 Equity Shares by the Selling Shareholder. Listing of the Equity Shares will create liquidity in the Equity Shares through the creation of a public market for the Equity Shares in India.
