The company has launched a New Fund Offer (NFO) named as Reliance Dual Advantage Fixed Tenure Fund – I – Plan I. This is a 3 years closed ended debt scheme. The objective of scheme is to generate returns and reduce interest rate volatility, through a portfolio of fixed income securities that are maturing on or before the maturity of the Scheme along with capital appreciation through equity exposure. The New Fund Offer (NFO) price for the scheme is Rs 10 per unit and one has to apply for minimum Rs 5000. The new issue (NFO) is open for subscription from 10th March and closes on 28th March 2011.
There are two options in scheme, one is growth and other is dividend payout option.
The fund seeks to collect a minimum subscription amount of Rs 20 crore under the scheme during the NFO period. Sailesh Raj Bhan / Anju Chajjer are the Fund Managers of the plan.
The allocation of fund will be in such a way that, 80% to 95% of assets would be allocated in debt securities & money market instruments with low to medium risk profile. And rest of assets would be allocated to equities & equity linked instruments with medium to high risk profile.
