Reliance Index Fund – Sensex Plan : NFO

Reliance Mutual Fund has launched a New Fund Offer (NFO) named as Reliance Index Fund – Sensex Plan. This is a open ended groath fund . The objective of the fund is to replicate the composition of the Sensex, with a view to generate returns that are commensurate with the performance of the Sensex, subject to tracking errors. The tracking error is the difference in the returns generated by the underlying index and the returns generated by the index fund.

The fund seeks to collect a minimum subscription amount of Rs 1 crore under the scheme during the NFO period. Mr. Krishan Daga is the Fund Manager of the plan. 95% to 100% – Stocks & Derivatives in the respective index specific stocks and derivatives. Rest 0-5% in domestic debt and money market instruments or cash

Entry Load : NIL
Exit Load : 1% of the applicable NAV if redeemed or switched out on or before completion of 1 year from the date of allotment of units, NIL thereafter.
