Prime Focus Bags order worth Rs 200 Crores

Prime Focus Limited has informed the share market (BSE) that they received orders for 2D to 3D stereoscopic conversion work from a leading Hollywood studio to be executed in the next 30-36 months. The total value of the order is Rs 200 crores. The company got this to be carried out between its facilities in the North America, UK and India. Prime Focus is a proprietary system for the conversion of 2D moving images to stereo 3D images. The company successfully completed work for Avatar, Clash of the Titans, Cats & Dogs, My Soul to Take and Narnia amongst others.

I actually noticed this company when I read about them working for Avatar, and it is interesting company, but a large part of its promoter’s shares are pledged, which will probably keep me away from buying the stock.
