Punj Lloyd bags order worth Rs 1595 crores

Punj Lloyd Limited has informed the share market(BSE) that they gets three prestigious orders from different companies. These orders are worth Rs 1595 crores. These include a Rs 1,123 crores order from Indian Oil Corporation Ltd for its Paradip refinery project, an order from the West Bengal Government worth Rs 184 crores and a Rs 288 crores contract in Libya. Punj Lloyd Ltd. is a global engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company.

The scope of work in the Paradip project of Indian Oil Ltd includes the design, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of structures. The project will be executed over a period of 21 months.

The scope of work in the order from the West Bengal Government includes planning, design and construction of three medical colleges in West Bengal for West Bengal Medical Services Corporation Ltd (WBMSC), a wholly owned undertaking of the West Bengal Government.

Similarly the scope of work in the order from Libya involves design, engineering, procurement and construction of a new oil storage complex and other associated facilities. The project will be executed over a period of 16 months.
