Kothari Products Limited Q3 FY10 Results : Net zooms 40.38 times
Kothari Products Limited’s principal activity is to produce and distribute pan masala and gutkha products. It operates in four segments: Pan Masala & Gutkha, Trading Items, Packaged Drinking Water and Real Estate. The company has posted a net profit for the period Q3 (ending Dec 09) of the current fiscal (FY10). During the said quarter, net profit zoomed 40.38 times to Rs 16.15 crores in comparison to the Rs 0.40 crores profit of Q3 (ending Dec 08) of previous year(FY09).
The company informed the market(BSE) that the net sales too zoomed 4.17 times to Rs 105.06 crores in Q3 FY10 when compared with the same quarter Q3 FY09 of previous year. Net sales was Rs 25.18 crores in last year’s same quarter.
